A Most Magical Christmas: Flying to Neverland

For 2025’s Christmas period, Selfridges has joined forces with Disney to bring their nostalgic classics to life. As our two young daughters would attest, walking around their London flagship store this holiday season is an experience that is nothing short of magical.
But it’s not just inside that you will find yourself transported, but outside too. A series of beautifully crafted window displays spill Disney magic onto street level and we were more than honoured to have a chance to play our part in creating them.

On the corner of Orchard and Oxford street we find Peter Pan and his newfound friends taking flight above some of Londons best known monuments including St Pauls Cathedral, Tower Bridge and The Tower of London - all crafted entirely from paper in house by the team here at ThickStrings Pictures.
It was a pleasure to work with the brilliant creative minds at Selfridges and Disney on this one and to see our work alongside the number of other talented creators and studios that contributed.
If all it takes to fly is to ‘think happy thoughts’ then the memory of working on this project should be enough for us.
